About the role

Seeking a skilled Technical Engineer with experience in the integration and migration of enterprise content, digital assets, and ERP-generated documents from SharePoint and Oracle Fusion Applications to Oracle Content Management (OCM). The role involves integrating VBCS applications with Oracle Content Management using REST or SOAP APIs. The candidate should have solid working knowledge across SharePoint, OCM, Oracle Fusion ERP, Fusion DAM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with hands-on exposure to API integrations, content migration activities, content management, and enterprise document management solutions.

 

What will you do:

  • Handle end-to-end migration of content, documents, and digital assets from SharePoint Online/On-Premises to OCM.
  • Assess SharePoint architecture, including site collections, libraries, content types, managed metadata, permissions, workflows, and custom solutions.
  • Design and implement migration frameworks for content extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
  • To work on OCM repositories, content models, metadata structures, taxonomy, security, governance, and digital asset management solutions.
  • Define and implement solutions for storing ERP-generated documents (Invoices, Purchase Orders, Shipping Documents, Statements, Reports) within OCM.
  • Design API-driven, event-driven, push/pull, and hybrid integration patterns across SharePoint, OCM, Fusion ERP, DAM, OIC, and OCI.
  • Design and develop integrations using:
    • Microsoft Graph API
    • SharePoint REST API / CSOM
    • OCM REST APIs
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Preferred
    • Oracle VBCS page Knowledge
    • Oracle OCI knowledge

 

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Take ownership of developing and supporting enterprise content management and integration solutions across SharePoint, Oracle Content Management (OCM), and Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Configure, administer, and optimize SharePoint Online/On-Premises environments, including site collections, libraries, permissions, governance, and information architecture.
  • Develop and integrate solutions using Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST API, CSOM, and PowerShell/PnP Framework.
  • Manage Oracle Content Management (OCM), including content repositories, metadata models, taxonomy, security, asset publishing, and headless content delivery.
  • Build and support integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP, including BI Publisher (BIP), ESS Jobs, UCM, Document Management, and Fusion DAM.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations using REST/SOAP services, orchestration, scheduling, monitoring, and error handling.
  • Leverage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including Object Storage, IAM, networking, and security, to support enterprise applications.
  • Develop and enhance applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and REST APIs while ensuring secure authentication through OAuth2, JWT, or SAML.
  • Execute large-scale content migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and minimal business disruption.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Follow enterprise security, governance, and best practices while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
