Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Work Location

We are looking for candidates in Burbank, CA who can commute or travel onsite four days a week, Monday through Thursday, with one day remote.

About the Role

As an Oracle SCM Procurement Consultant, you will design and roll out Oracle R12-based solutions that help clients harmonize supply chain processes across multiple facilities and improve operational efficiencies. You will leverage your consultative skills, business knowledge, and application expertise to help clients achieve business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Understand the existing solution, business requirements, and reporting needs.
• Conduct fitment analysis against the global solution template with the objective of minimizing deviations through site-specific solutions.
• Configure Oracle R12 Procurement applications including PO, iSupplier Portal, and iProcurement for new sites in alignment with the global template.
• Provide guidance and inputs to client teams during data collection and cleansing activities, and collaborate with technical teams during data migration cycles.
• Prepare detailed functional design specifications including MD50 and TE40 documents for extensions, reports, and integrations required for the procurement track.
• Work closely with technical development teams to deliver procurement-related customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with business users to review and validate solutions through formal and informal testing cycles.
• Lead user feedback collection, issue resolution, and remediation activities during the solution testing phase.
• Support user adoption through training content creation, conducting training sessions, and assisting with organizational change management initiatives.
