About the Role

We are looking for a consulting-focused Oracle Fusion Senior Consultant to support a strategic Singapore Trading Company setup for a global client in Oracle Fusion. This role will focus on Oracle Fusion modules like GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Tax – design, and end-to-end implementation + support for a new regional procurement and sales hub.

The consultant will work closely with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, IT, Legal, and Supply Chain to define and deliver a compliant tax operating model covering Singapore and broader APAC trading flows.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise on Singapore tax and statutory requirements, including GST, corporate tax, withholding tax, and cross-border trade compliance.
• Support tax and finance design for a new Singapore legal entity / business unit in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Lead tax and functional workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution discussions with client stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into implementation-ready design across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Tax.
• Define tax regimes, tax types, tax rates, tax statuses, and tax determination rules for the Singapore business unit.
• Support setup and design for Entity 305 (global procurement / TradeCo) and Entity 315 (local Singapore operations), ensuring correct tax and accounting segregation.
• Advise on intercompany and transfer pricing design, including cost-plus trading arrangements.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are treated as ineligible for tax calculation where required.
• Support end-to-end implementation across strategy, solution design, build/configuration, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Review tax, accounting, and compliance risks across design, testing, and go-live

On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:

• 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects
• Minimum 1 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation for a Singapore entity (mandatory)
• Prior experience establishing new legal entities or business units in Singapore or the broader APAC region
• Deep knowledge of:
  • Singapore statutory accounting standards
  • GST
  • corporate tax regulations
  • cross-border trade compliance requirements
• Experience with multi-country, multi-entity, intercompany trading company implementations within Oracle Cloud
• Proven end-to-end delivery capability covering strategy, design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Strong hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Tax

We’d be super excited if you have:

• Exposure to transfer pricing and intercompany tax advisory
• Familiarity with Vertex for US billing/shipping tax applicability scenarios.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or trading company environments
• Consulting background with Big 4, global SI, or specialist Oracle advisory firms
