Oracle Financial Business Analyst

Position Overview

The Oracle Financial Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining Oracle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Oracle Projects, Order Management, and General Ledger (GL) modules.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle, along with financial modules such as AP and GL within the Oracle on-premises environment. The Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to maximize operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration across departments.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle Order Management and Financials solutions.
  • Manage Oracle AR, AP, and GL modules to meet operational business requirements.
  • Manage modules closely integrated with Finance, including Projects and Order Management.
  • Work on enhancements and value additions within these modules to improve optimization and user experience.
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure systems meet performance expectations.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across departments.
  • Create detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices across Oracle financial modules.

On Your First Day, We’ll Expect You To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle Financials applications on EBS.
  • Proven experience in configuring and implementing Oracle financial modules including AP, AR, and GL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis and system integration.
  • Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

We'd Be Super Excited If You Have

  • Experience with associated modules like Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Experience in presales activities such as proposal creation, commercials, and fit-gap analysis.

Compensation

Salary range: $150,000 – $170,000 per year.

Compensation is based on several factors including geographical location, education, work experience, certifications, and relevant expertise.
