Lead Consultant, OTM

Location

Vancouver, BC, Canada

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end OTM Cloud implementations, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and integrations with ERP applications like Fusion and EBS.
• Configure core OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Freight Settlement, Rate Management, and GTM to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement business processes and OTM solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to provide transportation visibility and analytics.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and support OTM integrations with ERP systems, 3PLs, and freight platforms.
• Perform unit testing for OTM functionality and integrations, lead testing phases with business and IT teams, conduct user training, and provide ongoing support.
• Deploy and manage Oracle AI Agents for SCM to automate routine tasks such as generating shipment summaries and responding to logistics queries.
• Work hands-on with the OTM Machine Learning Workbench including data preparation, model training, and performance tracking.
• Actively participate in practice initiatives such as pre-sales activities, building OTM competency, creating differentiator solutions, and recruitment efforts.
