Job Title: Oracle EBS/Fusion Practice Manager

Reports To: C-Level Executive

Job Summary: The Oracle EBS/Fusion Practice Manager will lead and manage a team of Oracle EBS/Fusion consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, technical guidance, and operational management to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership: Define and communicate the team's business objectives, create plans for achieving these objectives, and provide clear direction to team members.

· Technical Guidance: Offer technical leadership and support to direct reports, act as a single point of contact for escalated issues and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

· Process Management: Improve working policies and procedures, identify process issues, and recommend solutions to ensure compliance and efficiency.

· Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day team activities, delegate work to develop team members, and ensure the team meets service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs).

· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and ensure client satisfaction through effective project management and communication.

· Training and Development: Identify training needs for the team, provide or arrange relevant training programs, and support team members in achieving their professional goals.

· Performance Monitoring: Use empirical data, customer satisfaction surveys, and scorecard metrics to assess team performance and provide coaching and feedback.

· Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Compliance and Security: Ensure the team adheres to company policies, regulations, and security protocols, and contribute to any projects affecting team business objectives.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualities

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

· Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

· Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS/Fusion applications, project management, team leadership, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

· Certifications: Preferred certifications include Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, SCRUM, or other relevant certifications.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS modules (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, SLA, etc.), SQL, PL/SQL, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

Salary Range for Seattle, Pleasanton, Vancouver Residents Only: Between $175,000 and $265,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
