Role: Lead Consultant, OTM

Location: Pleasanton, CA | Redmond, WA | Los Angeles, CA - USA


What You’ll do:

· Implementation and Design: Lead end to end OTM Cloud implementations, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design and integrations with other ERP applications like Fusion, EBS etc.

· Configure core OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Freight Settlement, Rate Management, GTM to meet business needs

· Business Process Optimization: Design and implement processes and solutions with OTM to drive operational efficiency

· Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to provide transportation visibility and analytics

· Collaborate with technical team to design and support OTM integrations with ERP systems, 3PLs and freight platforms

· Perform unit testing for OTM functionality and integrations, anchor testing phases with business and IT, conduct user training and provide support

· AI Focus: Deploy and manage Oracle AI Agents for SCM to automate routine tasks like generating shipment summaries or responding to logistics queries, hands-on experience in OTM Machine Learning Workbench including data preparation, model training and performance tracking

Actively participate in practice initiatives like pre-sales, building OTM competency, creating differentiator solutions, recruitment.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

· 7-9Years of OTM Cloud experience as a Lead Functional consultant with at least 2-3 full implementation projects.

· Strong knowledge of OTM functional architecture with hands-on experience with workbench and design and workflow optimization.

· Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain and Shipping Logistics industry is preferred.

· Solid understanding of OTM integrations with 3P Carriers via EDI and API and ERP Applications like Oracle.

· Experience with PL/SQL, writing queries to fetch data, OTM BI reporting.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in OTM instance and integrations.

· Cross-functional collaboration skills with strong documentation and stakeholder management


We’d Be Excited If You Also Have

  • Certified Oracle Fusion Transportation and Global Trade Management Cloud Implementation Professional

  • Preferred Industry Experience: Global Trade Management (GTM), Fleet Management


Compensation:

Salary range: Between $145,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year. Pay is based on several factors including geographical locations but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
