Oracle ERP Functional Intern
Location: Langley, British Columbia, Canada
Work Model: Onsite, 5 days per week at the Calfus Langley office
Work Authorization: To meet federal and internal compliance guidelines, this role is limited to applicants who are eligible to work in Canada without employer sponsorship. This includes Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents.
We’re looking for a motivated Oracle ERP Functional Intern to support our ERP implementation and transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and enterprise business processes while working closely with global teams.
What You’ll Do
· Assist in implementing Oracle Financials to support business requirements and industry standards
· Help prepare solution designs, configuration documents, test scripts, and other project materials
· Support daily application maintenance, troubleshooting, and user training
· Participate in upgrade testing, data validation, and data migration activities
· Contribute to project reporting, including weekly status updates
· Collaborate with consultants and development teams across finance and supply chain workstreams
· Learn and support adjacent modules as needed (Procurement, Inventory, Projects, etc.)
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
· Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles
· Good exposure to Financials modules (Payables, Receivables, GL, Fixed Assets)
· Eagerness to learn related supply chain modules
· Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude
· Interest in improving and documenting business processes
· Ability to work flexible hours to support global teams, including occasional late-evening meetings
· Bachelor’s degree with a finance specialization required
· Certifications in Finance or ERP systems are a plus, but not required
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured implementation methodology
