Oracle Finance Functional Intern
Location: Langley, British Columbia, Canada
Work Model: Onsite, 5 days per week at the Calfus Langley office
We’re looking for a motivated Oracle Finance Functional Intern to support our ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with Oracle Financials and enterprise business processes while working closely with global teams.
What You’ll Do
· Assist in implementing Oracle Financials to support business requirements and industry standards
· Help prepare solution designs, configuration documents, test scripts, and other project materials
· Support daily application maintenance, troubleshooting, and user training
· Participate in upgrade testing, data validation, and data migration activities
· Contribute to project reporting, including weekly status updates
· Collaborate with consultants and development teams across finance and supply chain workstreams
· Learn and support adjacent modules as needed (Procurement, Inventory, Projects, etc.)
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
· Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles
· 0–3 years of experience with Oracle Financials modules (Payables, Receivables, GL, Fixed Assets)
· Eagerness to learn related supply chain modules
· Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude
· Interest in improving and documenting business processes
· Ability to work flexible hours to support global teams, including occasional late-evening meetings
· Bachelor’s degree with a finance specialization required
· Certifications in Finance or ERP systems are a plus, but not required
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured implementation methodology
