About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated CPQ Consultant with 3–5 successful CPQ implementations, who can play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting CPQ solutions that simplify complex quoting processes, improve sales efficiency, and ensure pricing accuracy and compliance. This role requires close collaboration with sales, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality CPQ solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle CPQ Cloud to support complex product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
Gather requirements for CPQ from workshops with business stakeholders and translate them into scalable solutions
Design and implement advanced product configuration models, pricing rules, and guided selling workflows within Oracle CPQ
Develop and optimize BML scripts and BMQL queries to support custom logic, data retrieval, and performance improvements
Architect and implement integrations between Oracle CPQ and enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and eCommerce platforms
Provide technical leadership to development teams with design reviews, solution validation and quality checks
Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Perform troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for configuration, pricing, and quoting processes
Stay up to date with the latest innovations and features and leverage AI based solutions to improve the platform capabilities and business value.
Actively participate in practice initiatives like pre-sales, building CPQ competency, creating differentiator solutions, recruitment.
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in CPQ implementations with strong expertise in architecting Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions in Product configuration models, Guided configuration and selling, Pricing strategies, Quoting workflows, Contracts and renewals, Quote to order conversion for enterprise sales processes.
At least 2 full cycle end-to-end implementation of Oracle CPQ from design, solution, implementation to support.
Strong hands-on experience with BML and BMQL for implementing business logic, integrations, and data retrieval.
Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with enterprise systems with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce or Oracle Fusion using middleware and APIs
Solid understanding of CPQ table structures, commerce processes, document generation, and approval workflows.
Experience leading technical design, architecture decisions, and mentoring development teams in large-scale CPQ implementations.
Excellent problem-solving, and solution design skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ solution
Clear and effective communication and ability to perform well in a dynamic environment.

Experience working on complex product structures or subscription-based pricing models.
Exposure to multi-country or multi-currency CPQ implementations.
Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
Knowledge of related platforms such as CRM or ERP systems.
