Job Title: Oracle Finance Functional Consultant
Location: Seattle, WA (5 days Onsite)

Position Overview:
The Oracle Finance Functional consultant will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining Oracle Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Oracle Projects, Order Management and General Ledger modules. This role requires a deep understanding of the Order to Cash cycle along with financial modules like AP and GL in the Oracle onpremises version. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to maximize the efficiency of operations and ensure seamless integration across departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement with Oracle Order Management and Financials solutions.
- Manage the Oracle AR, AP, and GL modules to meet operational business requirements
- Manage modules that are closely integrated with Finance like Projects and Order Management.
- Work on enhancements and value additions in these modules for increased optimization and user experience
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure systems meet performance expectations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for users and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across departments.
- Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the above Oracle modules
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Financials applications.
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing various Oracle financials modules: AP, AR, GL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud
- Knowledge of business process analysis and system integration.
- Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

- Experience with associated modules like Inventory, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
- Experience in presales activities like proposal creation, commercials and fit-gap analysis.
