• Collaborate on solutions involving BRM (Billing & Revenue Management), Procurement + AP, Inventory, and Supply Chain—preferred but not mandatory.
• Conduct gap analysis, prepare process documents, and drive workflow improvements.
• Manage end-to-end implementation cycles including testing (SIT/UAT), training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients; ensure high-quality communication and expectation management.
• Work with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and advanced configurations.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support to ensure system stability.
• Prepare detailed documentation—BRDs, FRDs, configuration documents, test scripts, etc.
• Guide junior consultants and contribute to best-practice frameworks.
On Your First Day, We’ll Expect You to Have:
• 6–8 years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience.
• Strong expertise in Core Finance modules (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of BRM, Procurement, Inventory, and SCM modules (an added advantage).
• Experience in full-cycle NetSuite implementation and production support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication—must be confident and client-facing.
• Experience working with US clientele is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, SCM, and related domains.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead discussions with business stakeholders.
• MBA preferred.
We’d Be Super Excited If You Have:
• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, or equivalent).
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteScript (functional understanding).
• Prior consulting experience in fast-paced environments.
