What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning through execution
Collaborate with developers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
Align technical solutions with business goals
Promote Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices
Ensure code quality, infrastructure readiness, and deployment success
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Support team growth and resource planning
What You Bring
10-12 years of proven experience managing technical projects or programs
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud technologies (Oracle, AWS, Azure, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern delivery frameworks
A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
